"We" is a dystopian novel by Yevgeny Zamyatin, published in 1924. The work was published in the USA. The author describes a totalitarian society where strict control reigns over people. Their names consist of numbers, personal life is under the supervision of the authorities, any manifestation of individuality is severely punished. Nevertheless, there are people whose imagination does not tolerate boundaries.
